Data we process

• The data entered in the Experience Day form: name, business email and, if provided, company or property.
• Technical logs generated by the hosting provider (IP address, date and time of the request, user agent), needed to run and secure the website.

Purpose and legal basis

• Answering your invitation request and managing the contacts that follow: art. 6.1.b GDPR, pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request.
• Website operation and security: art. 6.1.f GDPR, legitimate interest of the controller.

Your data is not used for marketing without separate consent. There is no profiling and no automated decision-making.

Processing and recipients

The website is hosted on Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA), which also technically receives the form submissions and acts as data processor. Data is neither disclosed nor sold to third parties. Only authorised NExT staff can access it.

Transfers outside the EU

The provider's servers may be located in the United States. Transfers are covered by the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the GDPR: the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Retention

Form data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last contact. Technical logs are kept for the minimum periods applied by the provider.

Your rights

You can exercise at any time the rights set out in arts. 15–21 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) by writing to info@get-next.com or to the certified email address. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

Intended audience

The website and the Experience Day are addressed to business operators; they are not intended for minors.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies: no technical, profiling or third-party cookies. Fonts, videos and every other resource are served from the website's own servers; there are no analytics tools, social plugins or embedded third-party content. This is why no consent banner is required.
